From Backyard Plates to Big Plans
In 2017, Andrew and I teamed up. I brought the passion for food, and he brought his business skills from running a management company. We didn’t have much, but we had a goal: build something that meant something — for our future and for our community.
The Name Behind the Flavor
We called it Phlavz. We wanted the name to speak for itself — bold, fresh, and different. That name became a promise: no shortcuts, no boring food, and no forgetting where we came from.
